Refund, Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Booking Deposits

LxL Performance requires a booking deposit to reserve appointments for custom tuning and performance services. This deposit secures a specific time slot and covers scheduling, preparation, and opportunity cost associated with custom automotive services.

Booking deposits are applied toward the final service total at the time of completion.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund of the booking deposit.
  • Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund of the booking deposit.

Because tuning appointments reserve dedicated shop time that cannot be easily rebooked on short notice, deposits within this window are considered earned.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may reschedule once within the 48-hour window without forfeiting their booking deposit.
  • Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date.
  • Additional reschedule requests or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Custom & Diagnostic Services

LxL Performance provides custom automotive services that depend on vehicle condition, configuration, and confirmed modifications. As a result:

  • Diagnostic time
  • Tuning preparation
  • Partially completed services

are non-refundable once work has begun.

Final Pricing

Quotes and booking deposits represent estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, confirmed modifications, and diagnostic results. Any adjustments will be discussed prior to completion.
